1. The order processing time is counted from the moment of receiving the questionnaire completed by the Customer on the website
www.dog-walk.pl, providing all the necessary information and contact details of the Customer.
2. First walk + familiarization - 45 min. - this is getting to know the dog and its Guardian. Includes 15 minutes to get acquainted and a 30-minute walk. The first walk of the dog with a walker should take place in the presence of the dog's owner - this will protect the animal from stress.
3. Walk with the dog 30 minutes - includes 20-25 minutes of the actual walk and 5-10 minutes for organizing the service (pick up the dog, return the dog from the walk, wash the dog's paws, feed it if needed, play etc.).
4. Walk with the dog 60 minutes - includes 50-55 minutes of the actual walk and 5-10 minutes for organizing the service (pick up the dog, return the dog from the walk, wash the dog's paws, feed it if necessary, play, etc.).
5. Walk with the dog 90 minutes - includes 80-85 minutes of the actual walk and 5-10 minutes for organizing the service (pick up the dog, return the dog from the walk, wash the dog's paws, feed it if necessary, play etc.).
6. Walk with the dog 2 hours - includes 110-115 minutes of the actual walk and 5-10 minutes for the organization of the service (pick up the dog, return the dog from the walk, wash the dog's paws, feed it if necessary, play etc.).
7. A walk with more than one dog is payable additionally if the group walk is comfortable for dogs and Petsitters. The Service Provider may refuse the Client a group walk of dogs if such a walk is not safe for the health and life of the dogs or Petsitter (large dogs, dogs that require more attention during the walk, etc.).
8. Taking care of a dog or cat at the Caregiver's house - it is a 24-hour stay of the pet at the Caregiver's house, but it is not a 24-hour stay of the Caregiver with the animal, i.e. the Petsitter takes care of the pet (regularly feeds it, walks it, plays with it, etc. ), but may leave your pet alone for several hours. Dog care includes the number of walks depending on the type of care purchased and the dog's needs. It is better if the owner of the animal (the Service Recipient) brings and picks up his pet to and from the Caregiver himself - this will reduce the animal's stress.
It is possible to have a pet in and out from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. The beginning of care is the day and time of receipt of the pet. The day and time of picking up the pet from the Guardian are considered as the end of the care service.
The Service Recipient may pick up the animal before the agreed date of the end of care (only from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) after prior contact with the Service Provider at least 2 hours prior to collection.
9. Care at the Caregiver's home for additional animals is paid additionally.
10. In the event of delay in collecting the animal by the Customer at the time and place agreed in advance, the Customer will pay the Service Provider additional remuneration (determined based on the amounts resulting from the price list), this applies to a delay of more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time of collection.
11. In the event of delay in collecting the animal:
11.1. The Service Recipient undertakes to inform the Service Provider by phone about the inability to collect the animal no later than 30 minutes before the agreed time of collection. If there is no contact for more than 3 hours
The Service Provider reserves the right to place the animal in a different place (including an animal shelter), and the Service Recipient agrees to provide personal data. If the animal is placed elsewhere, the Service Provider will inform the Customer by phone or e-mail about the address details.
11.2. for reasons attributable to the Service Provider, he undertakes to inform the Customer by phone about the impossibility of arriving on time and the scheduled time of the meeting.
12. Taking care of animals at the customer's home - these are visits of 20.60, 90 and 120 minutes:
12.1. Visit 20 min. - it is a short visit to feed the pet, play with it, make sure it is okay, clean the litter box. Walking the dog is not included.
12.2. Visit 60 min. - it is a visit to feed the pet, play with it, make sure that it is all right, clean the litter box and, if necessary, go for a 30-minute walk.
12.3. Visit 90 min. - it is a visit to feed the pet, play with it, make sure that it is all right, clean the litter box and, if necessary, go for a 30-minute walk.
12.4. Visit 120 min. - it is a visit to feed the pet, play with it, make sure that it is all right, clean the litter box and, if necessary, go for a 30-minute walk.
13. 1 consecutive hour of care (without walking) - this is each subsequent hour of caring for the animal between 8.00 - 21.00.
14. Staying overnight (no more than 10 hours) at the customer's home - it is taking care of the animal from 21.00 to 8.00. The price includes 1 walk with the dog, feeding the animal, administration of medicines when needed and fun.
15. When purchasing a Subscription / Package for walking the dog or visiting an animal, the Service Recipient may use the services of the website as part of the package purchased for 365 days from the date of the first walk / first visit. After 365 days from the date of the first walk / visit, the Subscription / Package expires.
16. Taking care of an additional dog or cat at the client's home is free of charge, if it does not include walking the dog.
17. The collection or return of the keys is free of charge in the case of self-delivery / collection by the Customer.
18. Travel beyond the administrative boundaries of the city for presenting services is payable (individual pricing depending on the location).
19. The pricing of other services is individual.
20. In the event of an urgent order (performance of the service within 1-3 hours of the order) or holidays (performance of the service on holidays), an additional fee is charged + 30% to the price of the service.
21. The customer service department at the Alvis pet care service is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 21:00.
